Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, while international shipping times may vary.
Delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare/cosmetic items cannot be returned.
